How Much Weight Loss Do The Diets Say Is Right?
The amount of weight that you will lose on any diet is based on several different things. (you knew that was going to be said, didn’t you?) They are, very simply: a) Does the diet work for anyone? b) Can you stick to it? c) Can you stick to it? The better question probably should be, “How much weight loss is possible and/or good for the average person?”
Short answer: The vast number of personal trainers and nutritionists maintain that 1 to 2 pounds of fat per week is definitely possible and is considered a good goal for the average person! Yes there have been many diet plans people who have lost many pounds per week on various diets, however, that’s not something that should be attempted and you shouldn’t be disappointed if you can’t do that!
Part of the difficulty in telling you how much YOU can lose is because there are the above factors as well as what kind of diet you are on and whether you are actually doing the things that you need to do to lose it.
